Refund Policy – Physiotattva

At Physiotattva, we are committed to delivering exceptional physiotherapy care and wellness services, whether through our clinics, home visits, or online platforms. We value your trust and strive to provide a transparent and hassle-free experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be processed.

Please read the policy carefully before booking any service.

1. Definitions

  • “Client” refers to the person booking or receiving services from Physiotattva.
  • “Service” refers to physiotherapy sessions including clinic visits, home visits, virtual consultations, and therapy packages.
  • “Package” refers to a set of pre-paid sessions offered at a discounted rate.
  • “Appointment” refers to any scheduled physiotherapy session.

2. Cancellation and Refund – Individual Appointments

A. Clinic-Based or Home Visit Appointments
  • Full Refund Eligibility:
    • Clients are eligible for a full refund if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
    • Refunds can be processed to the original mode of payment or can be retained as credit for future appointments, as per the client’s preference.
  • Partial/No Refund:
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are not eligible for a refund.
    • However, Physiotattva may offer a one-time courtesy rescheduling at noadditional cost, subject to therapist availability.
  • Missed Appointments:
    • If a client fails to attend the session without prior notice, the session is considered consumed and no refund will be issued.
B. Online Consultations
  • A full refund is available if cancellation is made 12 hours or more before the session.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance are non-refundable, unless there is a documented emergency.
  • In case of technical issues from Physiotattva’s side, clients will be eligible for areschedule or full refund.

Please note: Packages that have expired or are fully utilised are not eligible for any refund.

3. Refund Policy – Therapy Packages (Prepaid Multi-Session Plans)

Physiotattva offers packages for client convenience and cost savings. We understand that circumstances may change, and refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Clients may request a refund for unused sessions within 30 days of the package purchase.
    • Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis, deducting the cost of sessionsalready availed at the standard (non-discounted) rate, not the package rate.
  • Example:
    • If a client purchases a 10-session package at  5,000 ( 500/session) and ₹₹uses 4 sessions, and the standard rate is  650/session:
      • 4 sessions x  650 =  2,600
      • Refundable amount =  5,000 -  2,600 =  2,400 (subject to ₹₹₹applicable processing fees)
  • Deductions:
    • A processing fee of 10% may be deducted from the refundable amount to cover administrative and payment gateway charges.
  • Non-Refundable Situations:
    • If the package validity has expired.
    • If all sessions in the package have been used.
    • If the refund request is made beyond the eligible refund window (30 days from purchase).

4. Cancellations or Disruptions by Physiotattva

We strive to maintain punctuality and professionalism in all our appointments. However, in rare cases where Physiotattva cancels or reschedules a session:

  • Clients will be offered:
    • A rescheduling at their convenience, OR
    • A full refund for the cancelled session, credited back to the original mode of payment or wallet.
  • If a therapist is delayed by more than 30 minutes, and the client chooses to cancel, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund or raise a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [insert email] or WhatsApp/Call at [insert phone number].
  2. Refunds are reviewed and processed within 7–10 business days after internal approval.
  3. Mention your full name, booking ID, date of service, and reason for refund/cancellation.

We reserve the right to ask for relevant documents (e.g., medical note, proof of emergency) to support the refund request in certain cases.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Payment gateway and processing fees
  • Discounted/free trial sessions
  • Promotional offers or vouchers
  • No-shows or late cancellations

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In case of medical emergencies, hospitalisation, or personal loss, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required, and such refunds are at the sole discretion of the clinic management.

8. Amendments to Policy

Physiotattva reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official website.
